Shaul Oreg
Shaul Oreg is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the School of Business Administration of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In his research he focuses on individual-differences in social and organizational contexts. In particular, he studies traits and values and their interactions with situation factors in predicting individuals' attitudes and behaviors. In several of his studies he studies dispositional and situational predictors of resistance to organizational change. In a recent set of studies he developed a taxonomy of situation perceptions.
